My little (ad)venture/I've lost my mind!

Well if y'all remember my last post I was having trouble finding a job.  Well it still hasn't happened.  So I'm going with my passion.  I've been reading, practicing, making a few purchases and slowly telling people my idea.  I've been trying to build a bit of a portfolio.  So have I piqued your interest yet?

Ruth Brock Photography is slowly gaining ground. There's still a ways to go, but I figure if I tell y'all then maybe it will happen. 

I'm very excited to be working with a friend this weekend for a wedding.  I'll be her 2nd shooter/helper.  I'm very excited about it, as both of us are trying to make this photography thing work for us.  Another perk of this wedding-it's in Auburn!  Yay, I get to see friends too!

Now my request to my friends in Auburn-If there are any of you that might want some family pictures or new pictures of your kids, please let me know!  I know it's a little last minute, but really it's taking a lot for me to tell you this.  I'll be able to take photos either Saturday or Sunday morning.  I'll be using them for my portfolio, and they will appear on the internet.  I'll probably spend 30-45 minutes with your family and I'll get you a cd with the best 4-5 photos.  Free family pictures-you know you want to!
