What's been happenin'?

Well I got a new camera for my birthday. Yeah, that was in April. I was hoping to take more beautiful pictures for the blog, and prepare for the baby. Yup, Mr. Brock told you in his post that we're expecting. We're excited and nervous, and ready to meet him. The first pic I took with my new camera was this of Miss Tiger. I took these pictures at my parents way early one morning. Isn't that beautiful? I love going to my parents house and being out in the country. Even if it means getting up way too early to see this beautifulness!




This kid graduated in May. We took him to Auburn this past Saturday-ahh! Mr. Brock joked that we'll be empty-nesters for about 8 weeks-ha!

I've spent lots of time with family this summer. Most of it was not just for play. We've had a rough few months in my family, but with these cute kiddos below it's hard not to smile.

And this lady, I love her more than she knows. We talk most everyday. I ask pregnancy questions, she tells me what those silly girls are up to, and we discuss our crazy grandma.
This one will do anything for "cho-key", chocolate to you and me. And she likes to sing "Baby, Baby, Baby Oh." She makes me smile.

And this one, she's 7!! And beautiful!

In July I took a little "staycation" with LB. We mostly just chilled, window shopped and such. But we got to see this guys arse, up close! That's Vulcan, in B-ham, if you were wondering. He's big, and really high up.

Ask her how high up he is. See that smile, she was saying not nice things to me through that smile. I laughed at her a lot, but we got down as quickly as possible, after pictures of course.


And this weekend I'm going to get see lots of friends, a few of them are pictured below. I had just told them that we were expecting in this pic!


And it's a BOY, and he'll be here in about 7 weeks!!!! Some of those people in the pic above (along with a few not pictured) are throwing a shower for W (or Big W, as his daddy likes to call him) this weekend. I'll update you on that next week.
